Meet the pride
Steph is the co-founder, Creative Director, Martial Arts Coach, and Kettlebell specialist at Adapt For Life Training Systems. After 10 years of working in Finance and Insurance for companies like AGF, BMO, and TD Meloche Monnex, Steph made the decision to pursue her joy of health and wellness full time in 2012.
From the office boardroom, to the boxing ring, to the world stage of Kettlebell Juggling, and now with Adapt For Life, Steph’s main objective is to help people move better, feel better, and live better!
Offering a unique skill set, and experience, Steph has both technical, and practical knowledge as a former boxing and kickboxing champion, powerlifter, and now world-class competitive Kettlebell Juggler. Steph takes care guiding clients along their individual fitness journeys, while helping them feel strong and empowered along the way.
Ron is the co-founder, program director, and strength coach at Adapt For Life Training Systems. Ron is a former champion powerlifter, and mediocre weightlifter, with fifteen plus years of coaching experience!
Ron trains clients with a variety of goals, ranging from fat loss, strength, longevity, and improved performance for sport!
